JOB OBJECTIVE
- Be responsible for the Training aspect of the company to achieve Company Objectives with maximum efficiency in terms of quality, expenses, materials and manpower utilization within the schedule and budget prior agreed with the HR Manager
- Build yearly training plan in line with the organization direction on human resources training & development
- Corporate with departments to build and manage the training plan & budget
- Set up and implement Training Procedure based on the identified training needs and procedures of Company
- In cooperate with foreign technical expert to improve operator working skill by practical training
- Organize and conduct training classes in shop floor to instruct how to run machine
- Organize and conduct annual training courses of soft skills for sales and office staffs
- Monitor the progress of the Training Business Plan for each department to ensure that the training objectives are being achieved
- Liaise with training outsources for external training courses
- Conduct the training needs analysis for whole departments
- Propose the training plans
- Coordinate with internal trainer team to deliver the training plan timely
- To review the training policy/ procedure and to manage the training cost/ budget
- Responsible for designing and evaluating appropriate training programs and modules
- Ensure the employees' training and development records are properly recorded
- In charge of Training material and training course delivery
- Prepare training materials as requested
- Measure the training evaluation

Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 5 years in training field (both in operation and office management)
- Understand in training methodologies, tools, performance management
- Possesses great presentation and communication skills and strong interpersonal skill
- Good at making training plan and training soft skills
- Strong understanding about training demand, analyzing competence and effectiveness evaluation after training
- Knowledge about the training services and popular courses in the market
- Shown personal quality such as maturity, self-motivated, high level of accuracy, strong in organizational and project management, time management
- Working location: No.1, Tien Phong 5 Street, Maple Tree Hi-Tech Zone, Binh Duong New City
- Working time: Work 5 days per week (Mon – Fri, 8:00AM-17:00 PM), work on role and responsibility
