Mô tả công việc
- Develop the program that the users require and ensure its user friendly.
- Train all users on new software and change the program based on the user requirement.
- Prefer to have working experience on MAPICS or other ERP system.
- Monitor projects in progress and control the projects schedule.
- Motivate people to work with right direction and provide technical support to the developers.
- Logical thinking from programming aspect and user expectation.
- Implement suggestions that improve or change processes in support of the company’s growth objectives.
- Face new technology and arrange time for staffs training.
- Analyze existing and products in development to identify improvement opportunities.
- Fully utilize the support of all departments to meet customer requirements.
- Complete other assignments and special projects as requested by IS Manager

Yêu cầu công việc
- Understand the program language completely and know the company direction and get the user requirements. Communicate with other group to understand all aspects about application development.
- Understand the company policy and process and integrate into daily work.
- Responsible for the daily tasks of application development group and follow up the company policy and instructions from IT manager.
- Education
- Required – Bachelor’s Degree in computer science is surely an advantage.
- 1-3 years’ experience in working IT area.
- Application development using with C# and LINQ
- MVC 4, JSON, AJAX
- MS SQL, IIS
* Knowledge of:
- Understanding for Mapics or ERP
- Computer science and computer language like RPG, Java etc.
- Management and co-collaboration skills
- Project management
* Skills and Abilities
- English is preferred.
- Ability to communicate with all organizational levels
- Skilled in conflict management and resolution
- Skilled in prioritizing multiple directives within changing work demands
- Skilled in problem solving

- Computer: MS Office and AS400 and Mapics, RPG and Java.
