Mô tả công việc
- Install well-functioning LAN/WAN and other networks and manage components (servers, IPs etc…)
- Installs new/rebuilds existing servers and configures hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
- Set up, configure, manage and maintain Domain accounts, TCPIP and Internet Protocols associated with TTC internet suites, systems/servers, desktop computers, printers including security policy/access management and control.
- Performs daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, SAN systems, DFS, other systems, and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
- Performs daily backup. Ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary.
- Manage security options and software in computers and networks to maintain privacy and protection from attacks
- Perform regular upgrades to ensure systems remain updated
- Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware/desktop/IT devices upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required.
- Arrange maintenance sessions to discover and mend inefficiencies
- Keep records of repairs and fixes for future reference
- Helpdesk supporting.

* Education
- Degree in computer science, automatic control and other related fields.
- Strong skills and experience without IT diploma is also acceptable
* Experience
- 3-5 years in company IT department experience or meets equivalent skill requirements.
* Skills and Abilities
- PC, and platform operating systems, including Server 2008, Server 2012, Windows 7, Windows 8 and Linux
- Proficiency in Microsoft Exchange 2003, 2007 & 2010 beneficial.
- Proficiency in Symantec Backup Exec 2010R3/2012
- Proficiency in Hyper-V R2 software and virtual infrastructure and server implementation.
- Proficiency in iSCSI SAN implementations and storage management.
- Proficiency in build, configure and implementation of servers.
- Good Communication Skills - written and oral.
- Strong knowledge of local area network administration
- Hands-on software and hardware troubleshooting experience
- Experience with data management
- Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information
- Good understanding of the organization's goals and objectives
- Skilled at working within a team-oriented
