Mô tả công việc
- Monitoring, analyzing & making report of effectiveness of the digital marketing through google: analytics tools, insight fanpage, online survey;
- Develop ROI metrics for assessing the effectiveness of online and offline campaigns and programs;
- Develop Guerilla marketing strategies;
- Develop close relationships with traditional print media in order to generate free advertising content through stories;
- Identify new designers with the goal to increase quality, decrease cost and increase service speed.
- Giving idea and coordinate with Design team to design any kind of banner, poster and other marketing material;
- Organizing and implementing research programs, surveys, gather market information within the entire company and market feedback regarding product quality, idea perception, brand awareness and brand image;
- Developing communications program, managing contents and activities on the website, youtube channel's fanpage & website& instagram;
- Develop a clear understanding of the target customer and develop strategies how to address target customer in effective manner;
- Perform other tasks as assigned and delegated by the Director;
- Develop a plan and direct the implementation of the relevant marketing content including:
+ Reply, encourage fan interaction on the post, on the Fanpage.
+ Construction contents and direct the development and management of Social Media channels .
- Develop media product that will be used to increase brand awareness: video, etc.;
- Support with assessing dreams submitted to the website of dreamy.com.vn
- Support with realizing dreams that were submitted on the website;
- Develop traditional marketing strategy like in-store tasting programs;
- Continuously improve marketing mix and strategy and make suggestions for the Director;
- Support in making marketing budget for each year and strictly follow the marketing budget with all spending by the marketing department;
- Manage the minimum budget for all items;
- Perform other tasks as assigned and delegated by the Director.
