* The Merchandising satff will perform a key management role in the link between Clients / Head Office and the supply chain
* Key Responsibilities
- Manage team and actively coach and develop them to ensure performance excellence and developmental growth.
- Provide a consolidated overview of your Team’s performance and goals, working with all departmental heads to reach proactive solutions to problems
supervise external communications with Regional offices, Supply chain and customers.
- Drive the order management process across the teams to ensure that orders are confirmed and tracked in accordance with group policy
- Manage day-to-day production tracking, including fabric and accessory status, track production performance and proactively address potential delivery problems with departmental management.
- Liaise with Industrial Engineering and/or the Development teams to ensure smooth and timely transitions from development to production start and subsequent shipment.
- Manage team and actively coach and develop them to ensure performance excellence and developmental growth.
