Mô tả công việc
1. Sign for approval of all input/output vouchers on quantity and type of raw, packaging & other materials used for manufacturing and selling; and approval of all documents or vouchers of receiving materials from the suppliers
2. Report directly to CS & Logistics Manager when there are any non-conformable materials
3. Ensure the proper distribution of materials; update all vouchers, documents relating to this process
4. Contact with Purchasing Department for receiving raw materials & ensuring the proceeding of materials receiving; and corporate with Quality Control Department for checking the quantity and quality of materials, and only receive them after getting approval of QC staff
5. Dispatch right type & quantity of materials in the request forms sent from Production Department; follow FIFO in dispatching the pack materials & FEFO for Raw materials; receive immediately the excessive quantity of material returned by Production Department
6. Receive the non-conformable materials returned by Production Department after Technology & QC Department’s approval; inform to Purchasing Department to talk to the suppliers; Complete all documents relating to returning materials for suppliers including dispatching voucher; then pass it to Finance Department to input data
7. Complete the vouchers for receiving materials based on the orders of the third party (co-packers); and make the dispatch vouchers of the materials for the third party
8. Carry-out cycle count/periodic stocks; check & compare the real quantity with the SAP system’s one; report to CS & Logistics Manager, Supply Chain & Finance Department if any differences
9. Provide Finance Department with all relevant documents and vouchers; file all documents of receiving & dispatching
10. Responsible for locating or arranging all types of materials; for the hygiene condition of the Warehouse; and instruct to the Warehouse staffs to put materials into the proper place depending on type, name and characteristics of materials.
11. Lead to prevent fire & explosion; and ensure the implementation of ISO procedures at the Warehouse
12. Assign and remind the warehouse staffs the implementation of warehouse’s cleaning, 5S
13. Supervise the regulation ‘s obedience & evaluate the working’s effectiveness of the warehouse staffs
14. Coordinate with M&E Dept for equipment maintenance, such as: forklift, rack, doors…
15. Perform other job-related duties as assigned

- Responsible for the operations of all warehousing, including stock control, movements and security, ensure the receiving, dispatching & distributing of raw, packaging, other materials & products are carried out exactly & timely & high safety
- Ensure the arrangement of materials are reasonable and scientific; keep the hygiene of the warehouse at the best condition
Requirements:
- Technical/ Professional knowledge and skills
o Knowledge: Accounting background, at least 3 year experience at the same position in FMCG companies, preferably in confectionery companies
o Skills: excellent use of Excel, familiar with SAP system is a plus
- TQM/ Re-engineering (Continuous improvement)
