Mô tả công việc

* The overall purpose of his job – our main expectation from the incumbent over the next 5 years

- Accurate evaluation on hybrids of vegetables to find out promising products

- Reasonable labor/worker and crop management for the effectivity of the cost

- Farm security and assets

* 5 most important business results expected from incumbent / what are the deliverables?

- Appropriate trail layout. Full MTS data report with clear and appropriate suggestion

- Manage well seeds and tested data. Plan crop calendar, request and follow seeds for testing

- Good quality trials

- Reasonable labor/worker and crop management for the effectivity of the cost

- Farm security and assets

* Key activities to achieve business results / deliverables

- Measure field size and arrange space

- Observe and record data as MTS form

- Communicate with PDS and S&M to know understand checks and market trend

- Arrange well seed and files

- Communicate well with line manager to update and follow up tested hybrids and seeds status

- Prepare well labor, field, and materials

- Visit field every day and proper response to the status of plant growth and disorder symptom or field issue

- Enrich knowledge of technical growing practice is always extremely needed.

- Survey market of labor and material at the local area.

- Plan well

- Good communication and relationship with local labor, neighbor, and government offices.

- Plan well to avoid or minimize risk.

- Conduct trials. Observe and collect data

- Write report

- Request seeds from line manager and follow seed allocation

- Plan, forecast, and prepare well before planting.

- Have detail, clear, and accurate record book for activities and expenses

- Check plant and farm status often, find out issue soonest and response properly to the status or issue
