Mô tả công việc
- Work with the Pattern Manager to create and organise records for all patterns.
- Liaise to clarify design plan requirements and customer’s specific needs.
- Create patterns, markers and sample garments at the direction of the Pattern Manager.
- Ensure that all patterns and samples have the correct approval from the Pattern Manager.
- Ensure all patterns and samples are clearly and correctly labeled with clear and relevant instructions.
- Maintain accurate records of patterns and specifications.
- Develop production / construction specifications for all new garments under the supervision of the Pattern Manager.
- Grade garment sizes in line with customer request and ensuring that production can be done correctly.
- Estimate yield for fabric usage.
- Work closely with QA Team and factory staff to make sure sample garments are made produced correctly.
- Work closely with QA Team and factory staff, to make sure any special garments (made to measure garments) are made correctly.
- Make sure that any changes to patterns are approved by the Pattern Manager and then make sure the pattern file is up to date.
- Under the guidance of the Pattern Manager make sure any old or obsolete patterns are deleted from the records.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor Degree in Garment Technology / Production Major in Pattern design
- Detailed knowledge of textiles, garment construction methods, and size grading
- 3 – 5 years Industry experience
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Proficient computer skills (including pattern making, marker making, excel, word, outlook and graphic drawing software to draw style / technical drawings)
- PAD Pattern design system or be able to convert quickly from other CAD pattern making software.
