Mô tả công việc
- Develop customers using service packages of Daikin (Maintenance service, overhaul service, IAQs…) and expanding customer by each applications.
- Develop new service solutions.
- Business planning of service sales for After Sales Service Division
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
1. Develop customers (new customer and existing customer)
- Instructions on how to identify new target customers, approach and process of proposing service packages suitable for each customer for Service Sales team at service centers/service stations.
- Identifying Maintenance contract is the top priority in the long-term development of the Service Division, thereby creating policies and special priorities for these customers.
- Approach the existing projects through repair customers, Test and commissioning customers who haven’t used Daikin services packages before and acquired the service packages orders.
- Approach customer by each applications, introducing the maintenance packages and acquire the maintenance orders.
- Submit the quotation to customers, follow up quotation until sign the service contracts (quotations), transfer to service stations after signed.
- Develop the salesmen team in each service station.
- Combine and support salesmen team in each service station in order to get the service inquiry, service contract.
- Organize seminars to introduce products and services to customers and internal employees.
- Study market situation and Daikin global to capture new service solutions, then develop and proceed corresponding in Vietnam.
- Study, contribute service demand, service business model from the salesmen team (or Service Business Department) in service station then proceed corresponding for all service station.
- Cooperate with other departments to upgrade new solutions and increase customer experience in a more positive direction.
- Provide the guidelines and action plans of service sales.
- Define Service Business turnover and new maintenance contract targets for service centers/service stations.
- Develop criteria (KPI) to evaluate the performance of the Service Sales team.
- Build the order budget and inquiry budget of service sales.
- Manage order budget and inquiry budget of service sales (new & existing maintenance contract, other services: repairing, spare parts, IAQs…).
- Create Service sales tools (presentation, catalogue, leaflet, and video).
- Organize Service Business workshop for internal DAIKIN VIETNAM service sales team
- Combine with Service Division Manager develop new version service sales system portal for improving the ability to manage order budget, inquiry budget of general service sales…

Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated university with the major of Thermal and Refrigeration or other related degrees from a reputable University;
- At least 5 years in a similar field;
- Have professional sales skills, good communication and negotiation skills;
- Data analysis and strategic direction;
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English;
- Good interaction with other teams, strong communication, and influencing skills;
- Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment and ability to work independently.
